I received this pop up gazebo last Wednesday. After taking all parts out of the package, my daughter found there was one leg broken, she was so disappointed because we planed to hold a party on Sunday. I have to say that your customer services is really great, someone named Dean helped us through this problem. We got the replacement leg on Saturday, and managed to hold the party. As the quality of the gazebo is good, I'd like to give you 4 stars for the excellent customer service.
