Currently, all products like camping gazebos, instant pop up gazebos, Party Tents / Marquees only ship to United Kingdom.

The items will be dispatched in 24 business hours once you place an order. Meanwhile, rush orders about shipment less than 48 hours will be not handled.  Our Standard delivery time is 2-3 business days.

No weekend, holiday or after hours delivery available. We will inspect all items such as big party tent, portable party tents etc. carefully to avoid damage or defects products leaving warehouse. Once you find something wrong with products about shipping damages, please contact us immediately

Any substantial shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. Damage or loss of goods during transit will result in an insurance claim being made against the courier company.

According to professional estimation,we will send you a replacement or you may return the merchandise for repair if the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing.

The shipping company could not honor your claim if the boxes or packing materials are missing. Please DO NOT throw away them(boxes or packing materials).

Any damage or loss in transit and shipping delay are not liability of our company. We ONLY deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box.

The only reason for item return we accept is manufacturing defect. Meanwhile, you could return it with 15 days from receipt of the item. The time of 15 days is estimated by our experts who believe that 15 days provides ample time for product inspection. Kind of defect, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

After this 15-day-time window, we would not give refund for any reason. If an item is returned 7 days later from receipt, postage will be at the buyer's expense.

If returning non-defective items, the buyer has to pay the shipping and handling fee and 20% of the item price as restocking fee. Return must be received in new condition with original packaging.

If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from total refund amount.

Refunds are for the item amount only. Postage and handling fee is not refundable (Unless error occurred at our end). Buyer will pay the return postage.

Please contact us before return anything. We will send a confirmation email to the buyer for the return.

A. As we usually deal with the orders in 24 hours (during business days), please contact us immediately if you determine to cancel an order. However, we do NOT guarantee that the order can be cancelled successfully. If the order has been dispatched by our warehouse, we will take it as a Return order. Please check the Return section above.

B. If there's something wrong with our warehouse or courier, or some other force majeure, we'll negotiate with you at once. We will either refund the order or delay the dispatch.
