Delivery & Return


Customers may consider the following chart which we divide the area into three zones and the shipping varies. That enables us to delivery your goods on time. Please look at the following chart:

Upon Delivery

The items will be dispatched in 24 business hours once you place an order. Our Standard delivery time is 2-3 business days. We expect the order to arrive with you in perfect condition. Please check the contents and the condition of your delivery when it arrives.

  1. If there’re substantial damages to the box which may influence the item inside, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  2. After open the package, please find the instruction first. Any parts are damaged or missing from your delivery, please contact us immediately. Any items reported missing /damaged after 15 days will not be accepted.
  3. Do not use the product if there's any damage. If you do and if there's any damages thereafter, we are not responsible for that.

Return & Refund

Upon receipt, you have 15 days cooling period to change your mind.

  1. If returning non-defective items, the shipping and handling fee are not refundable and 10% - 20% of the listing price will also be charged as restocking fee. Return must be received in new condition with original packaging.
  2. After 15 days, the only reason for refund we accept is manufacturer defects.
  3. We would not accept refund for any reason after 30 days upon delivery. But replacements or exchange will be provided.

A. As we usually deal with the orders in 24 hours (during business days), please contact us immediately if you determine to cancel an order. However, we do NOT guarantee that the order can be cancelled successfully. If the order has been dispatched by our warehouse, we will take it as a Return order. Please check the Return section above.

B. If there's something wrong with our warehouse or courier, or some other force majeure, we'll negotiate with you at once. We will either refund the order or delay the dispatch.
