The start of warranty is determined from the date of purchase.

Please bear in mind that we shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, animal attack, storm damage, misuse or improper care. 

Please contact us first, and our professional customer care team will help you through.  Usually, you need to provide your Order# and Photos of the Defects. After a quick evaluation, we’ll either send you a replacement or exchange.
